Terms of Use

The Terms for our Accommodation.

Here are the terms for staying in our properties.

We require a security deposit for each of the properties. They are;
£250 – The Cottage
£200 – The Nook

The Cottage has a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The Nook has a minimum stay of 2 nights

Whilst we offer a warm welcome to all our guests, unfortunately we cannot accommodate the following;

For both properties;

Check-in – Between 3-9pm.
Check-out – By 10am.

We can be flexible on check-in if required. Please ask in advance if you can’t make those times. You will be able to self check-in with key lockbox.

75% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date

25% of balance payable as deposit at time of booking

Final balance and refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to check in.
